I was inquiring about the types of massage services you offer and I tell you, you will lose clients instead of gaining them, by the snooty arrogant bitchy sarcastic way she replies to inquiries. I left my name and number in that branch for the manager to call me ASAP. I have to talk to you personally and relate my story first hand for you to hear so I can describe and mimic to you the way your receptionist speaks to your clients. I am a long time client of yours and I always avail your Mani/Pedi services. However, I don't like the new "manicurist" as she was so harsh and speedy doing the Manicure/Pedicure. The worst part is, she will just hand you over an envelope for a "tip" then go out. Also, your therapists are having loud chitchats and shouting where your clients couldn't relax! Please have one Supervisor to manage them at least!
been going to body tunes megamall for massage, that is why yesterday i recommended two colleagues to go and get their massage their.
after asking them how was it, they said they did not push through. They called earlier to set the appointment at 6:30 and they were there at 6:30. They were asked to wait for 30 minutes, giving excuses like, the sauna is not yet prepared and that the therapists were taking a break. When it was taking too long, they cancelled the service, and the therapist who was just texting on the same hurriedly said, "mam, pwede na po." What a horrible service!!!! to think i recommended you!
I was at body tune yesterday market market branch. Atleast twice a month I will go for a massage every two months it depends on my schedule, the service is good and the therapists are well trained. BUT I did not expect when I came to the sauna room that there will be floor mop and doormat is a good thing because it means that they are cleaning the sauna room and comfort room. But is it proper to just leave it in the sauna room. First time I got disappointed I hope it will never happen again. And it is a sauna room not a storage area for cleaning materials
Hi! I availed of you foot spa with massage + mani & pedi about 2 weeks ago at your SM Megamall branch. The lady who did the mani-pedi gave me the WORST service I've ever experienced! I guess your other customer, Rizza, who commented last April 20, 2016 at 8:51 PM got the same lady. I unfortunately forgot her name but she was on the heavy side and was around 50-ish?. It felt like she was in such a hurry to finish that she didn't even clean my nails well. I had to point out her haphazard work several times. She was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL as she was FLIRTING with an elderly chinese client who was also there for a foot spa. Seriously, you should not tolerate these kinds of staff. She needs to be reprimanded especially since I am not the only one complaining about her. If you truly value your clients' opinions, please do something about this.
So I was on SM north Edsa and it was a very tiring day so me and my wife decided to avail their Combo 2 P899 which is 1 hr body massage and a facial diamond peel. So what do we got ??? A very very very worst service ever. !!!! Massage therapist seems no strength.. their just like applying oil all over your body. Their like doing a massage on a baby. The Place ambiance is also terrible you will hear a television which I think the staff are watching. Over all it was a bad idea to go on that spa. We pay almost 2000 pesos for nothing. I do not normally comment but this Body tune spa in Sm North is the number 1 spa which has a very bad service.
